  • 500g - shrimp
  • 2 - big onions, finely diced
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Tamarind pulp, mixed in warm water
  • handful of fresh Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp - oil (or according to your calorie intake)
  • salt
  • How to Make Shrimp man-pasand:

    1. Heat oil in the pan. Add onions and keep frying till they are nice brown.
    2. Now add turmeric powder and chilli powder. Stir well.
    3. Add tamarind water and keep stirring. It should reduce to a thick paste consistency.
    4. Add shrimp, and let it cook.
    5. Add salt and sprinkle cut coriander leaves on top.
    6. Serve hot with paratha or rice.
