Ingredients

  • 2 cups - shelled shrimps or Prawns (boiled and ground fine)
  • 6 slices - bread (cut into squares and fried golden brown)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 4 tbsp - Cream
  • 1 - small grated white Onion
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • salt to taste

How to Make Shrimp Pate Dainties

  • Mix prawn paste with butter, salt, pepper, chilli powder and onion.
  • Add in cream and refrigerate till used.
  • Spread thickly on pieces of fried bread.
  • Put blobs of tomato sauce on top and serve.
