Ingredients

  • 1 packet - wonton wrapper
  • For filling:
  • 1 tbsp - freshly grated Ginger
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped Spring onion
  • 1/4 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Celery
  • 1 - Egg
  • salt as per taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 2 cup - finely minced shrimps
  • 1 cup - minced, cooked crabmeat
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce

How to Make Shrimp Wonton

  • Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
  • Place 1/2 tbsp of filling at the centre of each wrapper.
  • Press the edges of wrapper so the filling is enclosed and a small packet is formed.
  • Heat oil. Deep fry the wontons till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with soy sauce.
