  • 1 cup - raw groundnuts
  • 1 marble size - Tamarind
  • 1 - Onions
  • 1 Clove - Garlic (optional)
  • 5 - Red Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Coconut scrapings.
  • How to Make Simple Groundnut Chutney:

    1. Roast the raw groundnuts and peel off the skin.
    2. Heat a kadai and saute red chillies in a little oil.
    3. Grind together groundnuts, chillies, raw chopped onions, garlic, tamarind, coconut and salt with enough water.
    4. Serve.
