  • Whole Milk - 3 cups
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • A little Kesar
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Simple Kesari:

    1. Boil the 3 cups of milk and lemon juice - just like when paneer is made.
    2. Drain the extra water but don't squeeze the chena dry.
    3. Put it into a mixer.
    4. Add 1 cup of whole milk, a little kesar and the sugar and mix well.
    5. Distribute in small serving bowls and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
    6. Serve chilled.
