How to Make Simple Methi Dosa

  • Soak the rice, dal and methi seed overnight. Grind the rice, dal and the methi seeds together in the mixer till a smooth batter is formed. Add salt and mix well.
  • This dosa need not be fermented like the normal dosa. Do not add much water. Make the dosas.
  • This dosa will be very soft at the same time crisp with a very different taste.
