Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup -baby Corn
  • 1/2 cup - Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup -cabbage
  • 1/2 cup -capsicum
  • 1/2 cup -baby Onion
  • 1/2 cup - frozen vegetables
  • Masala:
  • 5-6- red Tomatoes
  • according to taste - Garlic paste
  • according to taste - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp -vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp- Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp -tomato puree
  • salt
  • 1 tsp -black pepper powder

How to Make Simple Mixed Vegetables

  • First of all, boil the all vegetables in the cooker.
  • Then prepare the fresh masala (tomatoes, garlic paste, ginger paste) and grind these in the mixie.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and cook the masala, after 10 minutes.
  • Add the tomato ketchup, tomato puree and 1 tsp vinegar and 2-3 cups of water, boil.
  • Keep on slow fire and mix some black pepper powder.
  • At the end, mix the boiled vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve this with plain or fried rice.
