Stir milk, yeast and 1 tsp. of sugar and let batter rise for 5 mins. Put the flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl, and add the yeast mix, eggs and oil. Stir all of it thoroughly. Cover the batter and let it rise for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven for 5 mins.
Grease the doughnut moulds with oil.
Pour the batter into the moulds bake till the doughnuts are done.
Brush the doughnuts with melted butter and sprinkle icing sugar.
