  • 1/2 kg - Pork spare ribs.
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped garlic.
  • 1 tbsp oil.
  • salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar.
  • 2 onions finely chopped.

How to Make Simple Pork Spare Ribs

  • Marinate the pork spare ribs with the masalas, vinegar and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and chopped garlic till golden brown.
  • Add the marinated pork spare ribs and mix well.
  • Add sufficient water and cook till tender.
  • Serve with rice or bread.
