Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Pork spare ribs.
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped garlic.
  • 1 tbsp oil.
  • salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar.
  • 2 Onions finely chopped.
  • How to Make Simple Pork Spare Ribs:

    1. Marinate the pork spare ribs with the masalas, vinegar and salt.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and chopped garlic till golden brown.
    3. Add the marinated pork spare ribs and mix well.
    4. Add sufficient water and cook till tender.
    5. Serve with rice or bread.
