How to Make Simple tomato rasam

  • Boil the tomatoes, green chillies, mint leaves and garlic in two cups of water for 5-7 mins.
  • Strain and keep the water aside.
  • Grind the tomato mixture coarsely.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and add mustard seeds to it. Once they splutter, add the ground mixture, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Add the drained water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add coriander leaves and serve it hot.
