Ingredients

  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1 cup -ghee
  • 1 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • How to Make Six Cup Cake:

    1. Heat a little ghee in a pan and fry the besan for 5 mins.
    2. In the same pan, fry coconut till it turns light brown.
    3. In a separate pan, add sugar and milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    4. Now add the fried besan and coconut and stir well till it thickens.
    5. Grease a plate and pour the mixture into it.
    6. Cool, cut into squares and serve.
