  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1 cup -ghee
  • 1 cup - grated coconut
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 2 cups - sugar

How to Make Six Cup Cake

  • Heat a little ghee in a pan and fry the besan for 5 mins.
  • In the same pan, fry coconut till it turns light brown.
  • In a separate pan, add sugar and milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Now add the fried besan and coconut and stir well till it thickens.
  • Grease a plate and pour the mixture into it.
  • Cool, cut into squares and serve.
