How to Make Sizzling Spinach Parathas

  • Sieve the flour and besan
  • Add salt, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp oil, chat masala, garam masala and pureed spinach.
  • Add warm water and make a stiff dough.
  • Roll parathas and shallow-fry them until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve.
