  • 10 to 12 - big mushrooms
  • 1 - small capsicum, diced finely
  • 1 - small carrot, diced finely
  • 1 - garlic pod, finely chopped
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - cheese
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • To taste - salt
  • To taste - black pepper powder

How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Mushroom

  • Plunge the washed mushrooms in boiling water for 5 mins and drain.
  • Cut the stems of the mushrooms.
  • Take a small glass bowl, and add butter. Microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Saute the chopped garlic for 10 seconds.
  • Add capsicum, carrot and saute it for 5 mins.
  • Now add black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Stuff this mixture in the mushrooms, pressing the mixture as far as possible and garnish with grated cheese.
  • Microwave for 1 minute or till the cheese turns brown.
