Ingredients

  • Fish - 4 pieces
  • Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Gram (flour) roasted - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed -1 tbsp
  • White pepper - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Sizzling Tandoori Fish

  • Wash the fish with water and then with vinegar and salt .
  • Wash again with water.
  • Now make cuts on the pieces.
  • Make a paste of all the ingredients and fill in the cuts. Marinate for an hour.
  • Brush oil on the fish pieces and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins.
