Ingredients

  • 8oz - vermicelli broken in 2-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 - Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • 1 cup - canned Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - Oregano
  • For garnishing: sour Cream & grated cheese

How to Make Skillet Pasta

  • Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
  • Add pasta, onion & garlic.
  • Cook & stir till onion is limp.
  • Add broth, tomatoes and oregano.
  • Bring mixture to a boil.
  • Cover skillet and lower the heat.
  • Cook for 15 mins until the pasta is tender and the broth is absorbed completely.
  • On top of it, add spoonful of sour cream and grated cheese.
  • Serve hot.
