  • 8 slices bread
  • 125 g - Butter
  • 1 Clove - Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - french mustard
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • 2 tsp - capers
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • How to Make Smoked Salmon and Mozarella Rounds:

    1. Cut 5 cm (2-inch) circles from bread.
    2. Melt half the butter in pan; brush both sides of circles with butter and place on oven tray.
    3. Bake with moderate heat in oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown; remove and serve cool.
    4. Place remaining soft butter in bowl, add crushed garlic, mustard, parsley and chopped capers; mix well.
    5. Spread butter over one side of each circle.
    6. Cut 2.5 cm (1-inch) circles of smoked salmon and place on buttered side of circle.
    7. Cut 2.5 cm (1-inch) circles of cheese and place on top of smoked salmon.
    8. Arrange circles on baking tray; bake at moderate heat in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
