How to Make Smoky Veggies

  • Boil water on high heat and add broccoli florets and carrots in it. Parboil for 5 minutes (or microwave).
  • Drain and rinse with tap water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Transfer to a big bowl and mix well after adding salt, olive oil, oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Put vegetables on baking tray.
  • Roast in oven for around 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
  • Transfer the tray to griller and grill for around 2-3 minutes. They will start smoking and become golden brown on the surface.
