Ingredients

  • 3 cups-rice
  • 1 cup- Urad Dal
  • 1/2 cup-poha (rice flakes)
  • 1 tsp-methi seeds

How to Make Soft n Easy Dosa

  • Soak rice, urad dal and methi seeds together in water for 3-4 hours.
  • Soak rice flakes, (poha) separately in little water.
  • Grind to smooth paste and add salt.
  • Allow it to ferment for 6-8 hours.
  • Heat the tava and pour thick dosas.
  • Add a spoon of oil or ghee.
  • Turn over and cook in medium flame till golden.
  • Serve with chutney of your choice.
