Ingredients

  • 25 oz - soft Tofu for soup
  • 4 oz - Pork Meat
  • 8 oz - kimchi
  • 5 - clams
  • 1 - green Onion
  • Meat seasoning:
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - Sesame seed oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Soup seasoning:
  • 2 tbsp - ground red pepper
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce for soup
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • Ground black pepper

How to Make Soft Tofu Soup (Sun Du Bu Chigae)

  • Clean clams.
  • Cut pork into small, thin pieces.
  • Add meat seasoning and mix.
  • Chop kimchi.
  • Heat a pot over high heat, coat it with oil, and stir in pork and kimchi.
  • Reduce heat to medium, and add 1/2 cup water.
  • Add clams, tofu and soup seasoning.
  • Over medium low heat, boil the soup for 45 mins.
  • Add salt for taste.
  • Add green onion right at the end.
  • Serve hot.
