Ingredients

  • Shark or Shark Fillets - 500 g
  • Onion big size - 7
  • Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves, make a paste
  • green chillies - 10 or chilli powder according to taste
  • Coconut grated - 100 g
  • salt to taste

How to Make Sorra Puttu

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till transparent.
  • Then add garlic paste and fry well. Then add green chilli paste or chilli powder and salt.
  • Onions should be fried very well till cooked.
  • Wash, clean shark fish with turmeric and salt.
  • In a separate pan, cook shark till soft. When heat subsides, drain away the water and smash the cooked shark well without lumps.
  • Put the smash shark in the onions and fry well, until golden brown.
  • Finally add the grated coconut and fry well for 5-10 minutes.
