Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 big potato, boiled and smashed
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala (chaat masala)
  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves, chopped finely
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp - sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese
  • Sandwich chutney
  • Butter

How to Make Sour Cream Sandwiches

  • Make a mixture of potatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, green chillies, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • Make 2 portions of the mixture.
  • Apply butter and chutney on 2 bread slices.
  • Spread the potato mixture on the bread slices evenly.
  • Spread 2 tbsp sour cream on each slice.
  • Sprinkle cheese (1 tbsp on each slice).
  • Put the other 2 slices on these two slices.
  • Apply butter outside
  • Toast the sandwiches in sandwich toaster till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup and wafers.
