Ingredients

  • 1 cup - soy flakes
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 1 tsp - soy flour or Corn flour
  • Few elaichi, cashew nuts, roasted
  • Little Ghee

How to Make Soy Payasam

  • Place soy flakes in hot water for 5 mins.
  • Drain the water thoroughly.
  • Heat ghee, add soy flakes and fry them. Add milk.
  • When it boils, add sugar and soy or cornflour.
  • Decorate with elaichi and cashews.
  • Soy payasam is ready to serve.
