  • 2 cup - white cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cup - purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup - spring onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - fresh soya beans(peeled)
  • 3 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - dark soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • salt, pepper and Sugar to taste

How to Make Soya Bean and Cabbage Salad

  • Cook the beans with water and a pinch of salt till soft.
  • Drain and reserve the liquid. Cool the beans.
  • Mix the beans with red and purple cabbage, spring onion and coriander leaves.
  • Combine rest of the ingredients with two tbsp of reserved cooking liquid and pour over the vegetable mixture.
  • Toss and serve immediately.
