Ingredients

  • 250 g - soya greens (dill), washed and chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp - Channa dal, boiled, but whole
  • 1 to 2 - whole red peppers
  • 1 tbsp - oil or Ghee
  • 1 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - salt or to taste
  • How to Make Soya Chana Ki Burji:

    1. Heat the oil/ghee in a pan.
    2. Add the red peppers and ginger.
    3. Saute till peppers darken a bit.
    4. Keeping the heat high add the dill leaves, dal and salt and mix well.
    5. Stir fry till cooked through and serve.
