How to Make Soya Ghee rice

  • Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 5 mins. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add the spices, after they splutter add onion and green chilli. Fry for 2 mins, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add the soya and coconut milk. Allow the milk to boil.
  • Add washed rice.
  • Finally, add coriander leaves and salt as per taste. Pressure cook for 6-7 mins. Now the soya ghee rice is ready, serve with butter chicken or gobi manchurian.
