  • 3 tbsps - cooking oil
  • 1 packet - crumbles
  • 2 medium size - Onion
  • 3-4 - chilli
  • 1tsp - red chill powder
  • pinch of Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 20-30 - fresh Methi leaves
  • 1/4 - Cilantro
  • salt to taste.

How to Make Soya keema methi curry

  • Thaw the crumbles in microwave for 1 minute.
  • Cut the onion and chillies into small pieces and put the kadai on stove when it is hot.
  • Pour oil, put cut onions, chillies and fry till golden brown. Then add turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, methi leaves and fry.
  • Then add crumbles and fry a little more.
  • Put chilli powder, salt and pour 1 cup of water to it, and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Put coriander powder, garam masala powder to it and stir a little.
  • Lastly, add cilantro. You can serve this hot with rice or chapatti.
