The above mentioned vegetables and chicken are gently fried.
To serve in the best manner:
Spread rice on the plate first followed by chicken and vegetable layer and finally topped with boiled spaghetti and sprinkled with cream, tomato and green chilli sauce.

2 tea cups
150 gms. boneless
1 teacup chopped
1 cup boiled spaghetti
½ tsp. ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. each
Oil as required
How to Make Spaghetti Rice
Boil chicken in water and shred it. Use the chicken stock and make upto 3 cups by adding water if necessary.
Add 2 soup cubes also to the stock. Cook rice in this stock. Cut vegetables into juliennes.
Heat oil in a wok, fry vegetables and chicken and add ground pepper and salt to taste.
To Serve: Spread rice on the plate, cover with chicken and vegetable layer, top with spaghetti and sprinkle tomato sauce, cream and green chilli sauce.
