Ingredients

  • 2 cups kurmura (puffed rice)
  • 4 tbsp. boiled Potato (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp. green chilli, chopped
  • ¼ bunch coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp. date and Tamarind sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch chaat masala
  • Fine sev for garnishing

How to Make Special Chaat

  • In a bowl, mix kurmura, boiled potato cubes, chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Put the date and tamarind sauce on it.
  • Season with salt and chaat masala. Top it with sev.
