Ingredients

  • 100 gms - grated Coconut
  • 3/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 4 - shallots, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - thick Tamarind paste
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - water
  • How to Make Special Chammanthi Chutney:

    1. Make a smooth and thick paste using all the ingredients in a mixer.
    2. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water when making chammanthi.
    3. Serve it with kanji or dosa varieties.
