Ingredients

  • Mango (raw)
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Mustard powder
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Mustard
  • Zeera
  • Haldi
  • Hing
  • Salt

How to Make Special Mango Chutney

  • Take a kadai put oil heat it up and add mustard, zeera, haldi, hing. Cut a raw big mango into small pieces.
  • Add it in the oil fry it for 2 mins till mango becomes soft.
  • Add chilli powder and salt as required cook it for 2 mins.
  • Add 1 pinch of sugar.
  • Serve immediately
