Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - mutton
  • 3 - onions, chopped
  • 5 - green chillies, slit
  • 1 big - tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 piece - cinnamon stick
  • 4 - cloves
  • 3 - cardamom
  • 1 cup - coconut milk
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Special Mutton Stew

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, chillies, tomato, ginger-garlic paste. Saute well.
  • To this, add the spices, salt and the mutton and cook well.
  • Once cooked, add the coconut milk, pepper powder and boil till the mutton is cooked.
  • Serve hot with rice.
