How to Make Special Namkin Chilla

  • Take besan flour in a big bowl and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera. Mix it well.
  • Then add chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, coriander and lime juice.
  • Mix this mixture with enough water to form a thick batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, grease it, pour one big spoon of batter and spread to a thin round shape (just like a traditional dosa).
  • Pour little oil around its edges, flip over and roast both the sides.
  • Serve.
