Ingredients

  • 2 cups - leftover noodle dish (not with gravy)
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • chilli garlic sauce as per taste
  • crushed chilli as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • oil to deep fry

How to Make Special Noodle Cheese Balls

  • Mix all flours and bread crumbs in a large plate. Break noodles a little and add to plate.
  • Mix, check taste, add sauces and chilli as required.
  • Mix and shape into Ping-Pong-sized balls.
  • Mix semolina and cheese in a plate.
  • Roll balls in cheese and press gently with palms to secure cheese on balls.
  • Refrigerate for 30 mins, or till required.
  • Heat oil and add in a few balls at a time.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown all over.
