Ingredients

  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chillies (optional)
  • 2 - capsicum
  • 2 - tomatoes, deseeded
  • 2 tbsp - tomato ketchup
  • 1 packet - noodle masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 gms - noodles
  • 1/2 cup - cream

How to Make Special Noodle Soup

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute it.
  • Add onions and capsicum and saute them for 2 mins.
  • Add de-seeded tomatoes and cook them.
  • Add 2 cups of water, noodle masala, tomato ketchup, salt and noodles.
  • Boil the soup and add cream once the noodles are cooked.
  • Serve hot with grated cheese.
