Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - red pumpkin
  • 100 g - green beans
  • 2-3 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Special Olan

  • Cut the vegetables into slices then add a cup of water and salt.
  • Slit the green chillies.
  • Boil it for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from fire and then add a tsp of coconut oil.
  • Serve hot.
