Ingredients

  • 2 cups - tied Curd
  • 2 cucumbers, grated
  • 2 green chillies, slit
  • 2 tbsp - peanut, crushed
  • 2 tsp - ground Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - fresh beaten Cream
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Special Pachadi:

    1. Beat curd till smooth and thick.
    2. Squeeze out water from cucumber.
    3. Heat oil, add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
    4. Add to curd.
    5. Add all other ingredients, mix well.
    6. Chill for an hour before serving.
    7. Serve chilled with polaos, biryanis, parathas, etc.
