How to Make Special Palak Paneer

  • Cut and wash the palak.
  • Cook the palak along with the 2 green chillies slit and the sugar.
  • After the palak is well cooked, mash the palak along with the chillies.
  • Grind the cut onions, cashews, and poppy seeds.
  • Take a kadai and add the oil to it. Add cumin seeds, the ground masala and fry it till the raw smell of onion goes.
  • Then add the cut tomatoes and let it cook for few mins.
  • Then add all the powders - red chilli, dhania, jeera. Fry them.
  • Then add the mashed palak. Add the desired amount of salt.
  • Finally add the fresh paneer cubes and let it cook for 5 mins in low flame.
