  • 1 bunch - Palak (ground to a paste)
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli paste
  • A sprig - fresh coriander
  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • Oil or Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Special Palak Paratha:

    1. Take flour in a bowl and add all ingredients, except palak paste. Mix it well.
    2. Then add the palak paste, make a dough (adding a little water if needed) and keep aside for 20 mins.
    3. Roll it into rotis and fry on a tawa.
    4. Apply oil or pure ghee and serve hot with sauce, curd or chutney.
