How to Make Special Palak Pulao

  • Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf and jeera. When it starts to pop, add the tomato.
  • When tomato turns soft, add the masalas and vegetables (palak, mushrooms, peas, carrot).
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add rice and enough water to cook it.
  • When the rice is half cooked, add the butter and cover the pan till the rice is fully cooked.
  • Serve hot with raitha.
