  • 1 -onion
  • 2- Tomatoes
  • 1 bundle - Palak
  • 3- Green chilli
  • 1.5- tsp Garlic - Ginger paste
  • 4- Garlic flakes (finely minced)
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup -loose Corn
  • 1/2 tsp - Ghee
  • salt
  • How to Make Special Palak Soup:

    1. Cut onion, tomatoes, green chilli and palak. Boil the chopped onion and tomatoes with little water for about 10 to 15 mins.
    2. Boil palak, green chilli and garlic-ginger paste the same way for about 15 mins.
    3. Blend all of the boiled ingredients together to a smooth pulp.
    4. Heat the ghee in a pot and fry the minced garlic for a minute.
    5. Add the pulp, corn, salt and bring to boil.
    6. Add milk and boil for 5-10 mins.
    7. Serve hot.
