Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg - Paneer
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 3 red chillies, crushed
  • 1.5 tsp - ground anardana
  • 1.5 piece Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Special Paneer Chilli Fry:

    1. Cut paneer into small pieces. Chop tomato.
    2. Cut green chillies in fine long slices. Shred ginger.
    3. De-seed capsicum and cut into thin semi circles.
    4. Cut onion into thin slices.
    5. Heat oil. Fry onions until pink.
    6. Add paneer, tomato, and salt. Cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
    7. Add remaining ingredients, increase heat and fry for a further 2 minutes.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
