Ingredients

  • 750 g - paneer, cut into 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch thick squares
  • 1 tbsp - coarsely crushed pepper
  • 1 green capsicum, diced
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - curry powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Basting:
  • Mix 1 tsp - kasoori methi, 1 tsp - Amchoor and salt in a little oil

How to Make Special Paneer Shashlik

  • Marinate the paneer squares in salt, lemon juice and curry powder for 10 mins.
  • Skewer the paneer and vegetables and grill.
  • When almost done, baste the paneer with the oil-spice mixture.
  • Serve hot.
