Ingredients

  • For the liquid:
  • Milk - 3 cups
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • For the Dough:
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Margarine - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 1 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • How to Make Special Rasmalai:

    1. Boil the milk with sugar, condensed milk, cardamom powder and sugar for ten minutes.
    2. Then reduce the flame.
    3. Now beat the egg in a bowl. Mix 1 cup of milk powder, baking powder, margarine and maida to it.
    4. Knead it into a dough.
    5. Roll the dough into small flattened balls. Put these into the boiled milk.
    6. Boil for 4- 5 mins.
    7. Garnish with pistas and badams.
    8. Serve chilled or hot.
