Ingredients

  • For the liquid:
  • Milk - 3 cups
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • For the Dough:
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Margarine - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 1 tbsp
  • Egg - 1

How to Make Special Rasmalai

  • Boil the milk with sugar, condensed milk, cardamom powder and sugar for ten minutes.
  • Then reduce the flame.
  • Now beat the egg in a bowl. Mix 1 cup of milk powder, baking powder, margarine and maida to it.
  • Knead it into a dough.
  • Roll the dough into small flattened balls. Put these into the boiled milk.
  • Boil for 4- 5 mins.
  • Garnish with pistas and badams.
  • Serve chilled or hot.
