  • Pearl Sago - 200 gms
  • Potatoes - 3, medium sized, boiled
  • Groundnuts - 100 g, roasted
  • Red Chilli powder -3 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Special Sabudana Vada:

    1. Wash the pearl sago, drain of the excess water and leave for at least 4 hours.
    2. Grind the groundnuts along with the red chilli powder to a coarse powder.
    3. Blend all the above ingredients along with mashed potatoes , coriander leaves and salt.
    4. Divide the mixture into small lemon sized balls flatten it gently and Deep Fried till golden brown.
    5. Serve hot.
