  • 500g - chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 -tomato (medium size)
  • 1 -onion (big)
  • 2 tsp -ginger paste
  • 2 tsp -garlic paste
  • 3 tsp -pepper powder
  • 1 tsp -chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp -garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp- oil
  • salt

How to Make Special Spicy Chicken

  • Cut the tomato into small pieces.
  • Grind the onion into a fine paste.
  • Mix the onion paste, tomato pieces and all other ingredients except oil with the chicken pieces.
  • Add the chicken mixture to a pan, cover with a lid and cook for 20 mins without adding any water on a low flame.
  • In a separate pan heat 2 tbsps oil, add the cooked chicken mixture and fry well (till it becomes dark brown).
  • Serve with rice.
