Mix carrots, beans, peas, green chilli, potatoes with salt, pepper powder, lemon juice.
Mix well and divide into balls.
Sprinkle all-purpose flour on the balls and flatten with your palm to form cutlets.
Roll them in bread crumbs and fry both sides till dark brown in colour.
For the burger:
Apply butter to burger rolls and fry for 5 seconds.
On the bottom slice of burger roll, apply cheese spread, 1 leaf of lettuce, cucumber slice, tomato slice, the cutlet, followed by cucumber and tomato, few jalapeno peppers and lastly, another lettuce leaf.
Apply cheesespread to the underside of the top burger slice. Place on the assembled burger filling. Pin with tooth pick.
Repeat the same for the rest 3 burger rolls and serve with tomato ketchup.
