  • 1 kg - chicken.
  • 2 large - onions, sliced.
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped.
  • 5/6 tbsp - pepper, freshly ground.
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste.
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves, chopped.
  • 5 tbsp - oil.
  • Salt-to taste.

How to Make Spiced pepper Chicken

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute till light brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and saute till they get soft.
  • Add pepper powder, coriander powder and salt and fry.
  • Mix in the chicken pieces and cook.
  • When half cooked, add a little water and simmer on a low flame till done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
