How to Make Spicy Cashews

  • Soak the cashews for about 5 mins in cold water and drain them.
  • Mix besan flour, rice flour, salt, hing, chilli powder and a little heated oil.
  • Add the wet cashews to the batter. If required, add a little water.
  • Deep fry them in oil over low heat.
  • Serve with coffee or tea.
