How to Make Spicy Chicken Masala in Tomato based Gravy

  • Cut chicken into 1-inch size pieces.
  • Take yogurt in a bowl. Put chicken pieces in and mix it well.
  • In pressure pan heat oil, then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 mins, then add chopped tomatoes and fry for another 2 mins.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and fry for a few minutes again.
  • Add marinated chicken pieces, the remaining yogurt and fry till the chicken becomes white in colour.
  • Now pressure cook for 10 mins till chicken becomes tender.
  • Garnish with green coriander.
  • Serve with roti or rice.
