  • 1 cup - chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 2 cans - chicken broth
  • 1 can - diced tomatoes with green chilli peppers
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1 cup - chopped onion
  • 1 cup - diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves - garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder (optional)

How to Make Spicy Chicken Soup

  • Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in chicken broth, chicken pieces and the diced tomatoes and chillies.
  • Simmer covered for at least 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
